Cash Grant Formulae for the Culturally Deprived

Please take a moment to read this letter if you desire an increase in your monthly cash flow or wish to receive a Grant.
For your trouble, I have given you a recipe for some super delicious walnut oatmeal cookies on the back of this letter.
The program before you has been called a loan program by some in the past. I call this a Grant program simply because no loan is issued, no repayment is expected or required.
What kept me interested in this program was the exponential nature of the formula used in this venue. (read on)
A person named Wendy Nelson designed this program initially and claims to have run it a number of times and received, by her own estimates, between $2500 and $6500 over several mailings. Good for her.
This Grant program involves three levels by design. Other programs have 5 or 6 levels and cost more to initiate. This program simplifies the Grant process resulting in a more efficient means of executing this program.
To begin the process you need a mailing list of prospects or opportunity seekers. I have personally used Data Line @ 402 738 1101 (200 names for $26), other companies are S.E. Ring @ 305 742 9519 and Advon Distr. @ 1 0800 992 3866. You may purchase thousands of names if you wish. I bought a few hundred at a time for this program
Once you are armed with a fresh opportunity seekers list do the following;
On a blank sheet of paper, write your name and address and wrap it around a $5 bill (Grant) and send it to the First person on the list below. Only the first person (Grantee) on the list gets the $5 Grant, hence the low cost to initiate the process. Next, remove the name from the top of the list and move the other two up one position, placing your name and address in the bottom spot. Now, re-type the complete letter, make at least twenty copies and mail ASAP. Eventually you may wish to put a bell on your mailbox while you wait for the first Grant to arrive.

To illustrate the process, I have worked out some of the possible outcomes. It is not unusual to receive a 3% to 4% from some mail order campaigns (Caveat Emptor). Do not expect miracles or guaranteed results. The more you mail the higher the probability of success.
If all participants follow the directions step by step results might look like this:
You mail 20 letters. Bottom position
If twenty people mail 20 letters your name will move up to the Middle position. 20 x 20 = 400
If 400 people mail 20 letters your name is moved to the Top spot. 20 x 400 = 8000
If, 8000 people follow the instructions and pay (Grant) $5 to the top name (yours), your mail box will fall over.

Now for the probability factor; if all instructions are followed , you might experience a 3% response (.03 x 40000 = 1200) you could receive $1200. 4% could result in $1600 (.04 x 40000 = 1600). 8000 x 20 =160000 x 20 = 320000 x$5 = $16,000,000 (100% response). The possibilities are endless.
